憲法を改正するにしても、独裁制を許さない内容のものだってよいはずである。なのに露骨に、国民から権利を剥奪し、支配者に全権が委譲される内容になっているのはなぜか？憲法を変えようと考える人は、現憲法の内容が嫌いな人、つまり民主主義が嫌いな人であるからだ。

自民党の新憲法草案では、非常事態を宣言することで憲法を停止し、政府が何でも決定できる内容になっている。ナチスがワイマール憲法を停止し、独裁政治に移行したのと同じ狙いがある。結構露骨に狙いが書かれており、隠そうともしていない。麻生氏の「ナチスに見習う」そのものだ。

ネット界隈、特に脱原発、反新自由主義を追求する人々の間では、岡田は評判が悪い。しかし、岡田はまじめで、論理的であり、ある種の信念を持っている。長妻が代表になっていたら民主党はまとまらないだろうが、岡田が代表であれば何とか安倍自民党に対抗する旗印を立てられる。

民主党代表選で岡田克也氏が当選した。岡田氏は前の民主党政権時に中心にいた人物。なぜ失敗したのか、国民が納得する真剣な総括を行い、自公政権と明確に違う将来ビジョンを出さないと期待されない。言論も政治も壊れかけている。真剣に闘ってほしい。
