N→G に移った経験から言うと、Nのほうが研究テーマの裁量を含め圧倒的に自由だった。MeCabやれたし。純に自分の研究・開発したのなら、アカデミアだと助言された(そう思う)。つまり報酬低いからダメといった単純な話ではなく、仕事内容、裁量、自由度を含めて考える必要あり。
