日本のベンチャーの最大の問題点は創業者より優秀な人間を創業者が取れない会社が多いということ。だから多くのベンチャーは創業者個人の能力を越えられない。創業者が類稀なる才能があればそれでもいいが、90%のベンチャーはそうではない。
