クロスワードのカギはタテとヨコを分けずに通し番号にして、「１↓」、「１→」のようにした方が探しやすいと思うけど、この方式を採用しているのを見た記憶がない。

歴史的経緯かなって思ってちょっと見てみたが、世界最初のクロスワードのころは 番号-番号でヒントを表示しているのにもかかわらず、すでに縦のヒントと横のヒントの表示位置が分かれてる。ただ、表示は番号順ではなく、なんとなく左からや上からの順
