私の家では災害時の停電で冷蔵庫が使えなくった場合を想定し、保冷剤の代用品として２ℓのペットボトルを凍らせています。いざという時に保冷バッグ等に入れ替えれば、持ち運びや保存ができ、とても便利です。皆さんも一家に一本、冷凍ペットボトルを備えてはいかがでしょうか。
