HAYATE形式は認めないという話もあるけど現在タイトル争いしてるマシンが来年参戦しないというのも勿体無い。21年型ドゥカの活躍を見ても1年でそんなに競争力がなくなるものでもないし、取り敢えず何年か何処かのプライベートチームに年式落ちのGSX-RRをリースするというのも選択肢では？

参戦契約期間中にもかかわらず唐突にレース活動を休止する様々なリスク/ベネフィットをざっくりと考えるだけでも、かなり不可解な意思決定であるように思います。そもそも、先のDORNAの先のリリースを見ると、関係各方面と調整せずに意思決定をしているようにも見えます。

以前にカルメロ・エスペレータ氏から前回のスズキ撤退について話を聞いた際の印象からいっても、果たして彼らが「なるほどそうですか。わかりました、じゃあね」と簡単に受け入れるだろうか、という疑問もあります。2009年1月にカワサキが撤退を表明した際には、DORNAはかなり厳しい措置を執りました。

現在の雑感：スズキが前回活動を休止した2011年（もう10年以上も前になるのか……）は、経営陣の休止意向に対して、当時のチームマネージャー、ポール・デニングとPLの佐原さんが、レース活動継続のために最終戦ぎりぎりまで社内交渉や外部連携で打開策を模索していました。

@ken_sugar 現場知らずの取締役会が勝手に決めて「あとはお前らがドルナを納得させろ」って言ってるんだったら、ずいぶんヤバい状態ですよね。チームにはどうにもできないとすると、ドルナとサシで交渉できる人が現地に誰もいないなんて状態だったりして（まさかね…）。

@Monte_DR3EO31 やる気があるからスッポをマネージャーに迎えたんでしょうし、そんな事はないと思いますよ。むしろコロナ禍で厳しい中26年までの参戦継続を決めた後にウクライナ情勢によってトドメを刺された格好ですね。今のスズキの経営状況を見れば致し方ないと思います。

@R2165 欧米は契約社会ですから、違約金さえ払えば遺恨は残らないでしょう。この世界情勢であればドルナを理解はしてくれると思います。僕は世界経済が待ち直したら、また復帰してくれるだろうと思います。前回もそうでしたが傷口を広げない為の将来を考えた迅速な決断だと思います。

吉野敬介氏の経歴に関して少しだけ地元豆知識をもとに突っ込むと、この方が在学した当時の逗子開成高校は、進学校でもなんでもなかった。

Speaking from first-hand experience of the @suzukimotogp withdrawal in 2011, I fully understand how the whole team must be feeling this evening. The difference then was that the season had finished, so no-one had the chance to look for work. Hopefully they will all get sorted
