石破茂は名護市に500億円の「地域振興基金」を創設すると独断で発表し、ただちに菅官房長官に否定された。市民の意思など札束でどうでも操作できるとタカをくくっているのだ。札束攻勢は自民党の常套手段だが、これほど見え透いた金権買収工作も珍しい。石破は自民党のなかでも最も悪質な政治屋だ。
