同じことを聞いていても頭に残る内容に差が出てくる。例えば好きな人の言葉は気持ちいいけど、嫌いな人の言葉はイライラしちゃう。学習だって積極的に学んでるときは、イヤイヤ学んでるときよりも覚えがいい。結局内容がどうとかより、どういう意識で向き合っているかが大事なんだ。
