ひとつ気になるのはこういう文脈での偏差値はしばしば大学受験の文脈での偏差値であって、大学受験の文脈で算出された偏差値（平均と標準偏差からの計算）を国民全員の文脈で比較運用したらおかしな話になるのでは疑惑。
