LGBT人権活動の暴走をよく批判しているワイだが「採用面接でゲイを告白する人は落とす」というのは賛同できない。「同性愛に限らず面接で性的指向の話なんかするやつは高確率でヤバいやつ」なんて統計ないだろ。偏見の可能性あるぞ。異性愛者は性的指向を前提にした会話を普通にしてるしな。

採用面接で話す内容で落とす落とさないみたいな話が流れてきて思い出した。私も以前採用面接したことあって、確かに仕事に関係ないことは聞かない。けど、面接の最後に心配事やこちらに聞きたいことがないか聞いてたよ。そこで、自分はこうだけど大丈夫か？みたいな話が出てくることは普通にあった。

@propro11233_ 著作権法に関しては親告罪なので、著作権を有する人が告訴しない限りは刑事事件にはならないが、今回は被害者が許諾しない旨を明確に意思表示しているのでアウトだろうね。
個人使用ぐらいなら「すみませんでした」で許してもらえるかもしれないが、商用目的は誰が見てもアウト。
