マイナ保険証は月初めだけでなく毎回掲示必要なの？知らなかった。
ほぼ毎週通ってる歯医者、今日行ったらマイナ保険証の機械に布かかってた。今まで無かったから目についた。
月末だから使う人少ないのかなーって思ったけど毎回掲示なら単に使う人が減ったのかな。そりゃ使うの不安になるし。

マイナ保険証でこんなことが起きているそうだ。暗証番号を覚えてない車椅子の患者さんを2人がかりで抱えて立たせ、顔認証機で何度もエラーを出しながら、ようやく顔認証ができたという。更には救急車で搬送された人も番号忘れたら無理矢理顔認証させるのですか？冗談にも程がある。

役所の方は「登れなくなった」と言っていましたが、おやじさんの体力的に登れなくなったのか、今年は都合により登れなくなったのかは不明です。「登れなくなった」と聞いてびっくりしてしまい、さらに突っ込んだ話を聞く気が回りませんでした。

おそらく北朝鮮側は、IIPも日本にかからないように飛行経路を計画している。でも日本としては、例えば軌道が南南西から南南東にドッグレッグで曲がってきたとき、途中でドッグレッグをやめて直進してくる可能性も考慮する必要があり、その時点でJアラートが発出するのでは。

The 2003 election was not conducted fairly of course, the regime did all it could to prevent Vladimir and other dissidents from winning. But even in defeat, his bipartisan campaign enabled him to unite disparate factions of the Democratic opposition
