日本の研究の話。当たり前だけど、国や大学の研究成果は一人当たりの研究業績が同じだと、研究者の数が増えた分だけ増え、減った分だけ減る。で、研究者の数を急速に、そして継続的に減らし続けているのだから、結果的に研究成果が上がる訳がない。
