最近読んだ漫画。『マッドジャーマンズ ドイツ移民物語』というタイトルとこの表紙を見て、現代ドイツにおける移民問題の話かな？と思って読み始めたが、他の社会主義国からの出稼ぎ労働者を受け入れた東ドイツ時代に、ドイツへ行って働いたモザンビーク人たちの物語だった。

そもそも、立場の強い人が立場の弱い人に対して性的な言葉をかける、逆らいづらい要求をするというのが問題の本質であって、セクハラは同性の上司と部下にも起こりうる。性的な形を取った嗜虐心を職場の会話に入れない、公私をわける、というのが基本的な対策になる。
