てか、屋外スポーツに貢献できるくらいの効果が期待できるのだとしたら、大規模打ち水の実験をしないとだよね。予期しないことが起こるだろうし、「ボランティア」がどんだけ必要なのか、どう運営するのかも結構大変そう。科学的な観測もちゃんとしつつやってみてほしいなあ。やるのかなあ。
