戦争中に小笠原諸島の父島にいた東北出身の元兵隊さん、当時食料がなくて「『ヤニ』を取って食べていた」とお話していた。この『ヤニ』なる謎の食べ物は「松脂」的な植物なのか、それとも動物なのか、繰り返し聞いてみた結果、「ヤニ」ではなく動物の「ヤギ🐐」であったことが判明🤪

お陰でその後おが丸が出るなら天候で躊躇することはなくなった。あれよりひどい事はもうないであろうと思うから。小笠原に着くにつれて、波は落ち着いたけど、25時間半で降りられると思っていたのに辛かった。接続のはは丸が出てくれる事になり、すぐにはは丸に乗せられ、夫を恨んだことは間違いない。

2000年に初めて小笠原に行った時、2代目おが丸だったが30時間以上かかった。ずっとアトラクションに乗ってるようなもので、乗り物に弱い私はずっと死んでるしかなかった。夫が気を遣って特等を取ってくれたけど、あまりにも揺れすぎてマットレスごとベッドから落ちた。全部海か空しか見えなかった。
