私の経験だけで言うと別に事務の時も、変な人は同じくらいの割合で混ざってた。
大手企業の新規工場プロジェクトチームは、全員超優秀だったけど変な人はいた。
そうか。

対応難しいケースで、うちの地域は即刻行政が雇っている弁護士に相談していたことあるよ。
保護者が弁護士や警察に相談するケースもあると思いますが、教育委員会や学校も自分たちで抱えずに外部機関に相談すべきだと思います。
あと。私もたりてないなとよく思いますが、法律の知識って大事。

@nagashima21 資格があっても、児童相談所が「一時保護した子どもを結局は親元へ返してしまう」のが仕事である以上、子どもの命を救うことはできないと思います。
児童養護施設で暮らせるようにする（大学や専門学校への進学も可能にする）もしくは審査をクリアした里親の元で暮らせるようにしてあげてほしいです。
