一応私の立場としては、「検査にしても隔離にしても、実質的に意味があって厚生の改善につながるものを整備しよう」という立場なので、RTの意見は賛成するところなんですね。

感染症法上の指定感染症「2類相当」の見直しについて。高齢者などハイリスク層に医療資源を集中させ医療崩壊を防ぐ目的で、法的な位置づけを整理することには賛成。ただ、それがウイルスに対して何もしないことの大義名分となり、経済優先で感染拡大を放置する方向に突き進まないかを懸念しています。

そもそも新型コロナは政令で「指定感染症指定」はされているが「2類指定」はされていない。「2類相当」はあくまで相当であって、現状でも運用だけをアップデートすることは出来る。むしろ現状の方が柔軟性は高く、指定感染症から外す意味はない。国会議員でもこのあたりをよくわかっていない人は多い。

繰り返しになるが「運用を変えるために位置づけを見直そう」という趣旨には賛成。ハイリスク層に特化するのも合理的だろう。ただし、本音として見え隠れする「経済を回すためにコロナの扱いを軽くしよう」という趣旨には反対。高齢者に手厚く＝それ以外は放置で良いという誤変換がされる可能性も高い。

@ojimakohei まあ指定感染症を外さないなら医療費も国が持ってくれる。自宅待機が医療資源が圧迫されたら自治体が決めろッ！との通達だったからか？
あの通達だと柔軟な対応が出来ないんだろうか。
ただ自宅待機なら感染症法の自治体からの支援は行って欲しい

@Dr_ruru2020 つまり、指定感染症から５類感染症へと変更してしまうと、いろんな特例措置がすぐに取れなくなってしまうというデメリットが出てくる訳ですね。ワクチン開発や感染防止方法などが完全に確立されたならともかく、未だ拡大を如何に抑えるか試行錯誤を繰り返している段階で５類への変更は悪手としか。

うちの近所の病院は先生も高齢だし
でも風邪で診察受ける人も多いから
会社も重役クラスは居なくなるね
結構職人さんとかは60代70代もざらにいるし
