猫(ムギ)、今朝母親が目を離した隙にマスクの顎ヒモを10cm程食い違って飲み込んでしまったらしく、病院行ってました。飲み込んですぐ気づいたので胃で留まっており、血管に薬剤投与して無事に吐き出しました。気疲れして体に力が入らない。

今回ブリスケットではなく使いやすいサイズの肩肉を、なるべく手間を使わずテキサスBBQアルゴリズムで調理してみた。塩胡椒した肩肉をメスキートのチップを入れた炭火で1時間ほどスモーク＆ロースト。その後、オーブンペーパーで包んで（Texas crutch）

結局、感染拡大期は新規感染者数などの扇情的な報道等や自治体独自の自粛要請で、どこかでピークがきて下げ始めるし、感染収束期には取り戻した日常の報道や行動制限の解除によって、どこかでボトムがきて上げ始める。
で、「withコロナ」でボトムの下限が上がりつつ、定期的な波になるということ。
