これは近年のAO3とかだと「internalized homophobia（内面化されたホモフォビア）」のタグをつける案件です。キャラが育った時代や背景でそういう感覚を持ってしまうという描写はありうるけどタグ（注意）をつけるべき案件で、デフォルトみたいに蔓延してていい描写ではないです。
