幸い燃料は灯油（もちろんA-1でも良い）なのでエポキシFRPにエポキシコートで済ませた。
もしガソリンだったら迷わずアルミで製作した。エポキシではもたない。
因みに『赤とんぼ』はアルミに航空機専用の内面コート仕様。80年前、実機のタンクはどんなコートを使っていたのだろう。
