感情をどう扱うか？ってあまり学ばない。少年院の子達と話していると、特にネガティブな感情の扱い方を知らなくて、溜め込んだり、なかったことにしている人たくさんいる。ネガティブな感情は悪くない。感情を観察して自分の大事にしたい価値に照らし合わせて行動をするの大事ってプログラムやってる。

@FutoukouKawagoe 基本的に学校と家庭は天秤じゃないということをわかって欲しいです。学校が辛かったら家庭をもっと辛い場にしたら必然的に学校に押し出されて来るという考えが間違っています。むしろ「生きることが楽しい」という総量が無いと学校に来るのが難しいのではないでしょうか。

とある博物館で建設中の新収蔵庫棟の話を伺う。生態学研究者のはずなのに、ガラスや空調など建設関係に異様に詳しい。レベルを決めるのは慎重にと熱く語る。収蔵庫棟なのに開放的な展示室付きなのは厳しそう。結露対策しやすい形にしたいところ。トイレとエレベーターの位置はよく考える必要がある。
