だって、そもそも安全運航規程に「衛星携帯電話を船に積む」ということを定めたのは、『通常の無線では非常時に通信が出来ない恐れがある（またはその事例が過去に発生したことがある）」からそう定めるのでは？

@pinobotty3 姉がずっと白血病で入院していて、深夜に付き添っていた母から電話があり、慌てて病院に向かう前に眠気覚ましに自販機で缶コーヒーを買おうとしたけど旦那に止められた。お陰でギリギリ臨終に間に合い、ありがとうって言えた事は未だに感謝している。人生で大事な時の咄嗟の判断って大事。

私は核融合発電なり宇宙太陽光発電なりが完全実用化されるまでは現行の核分裂による原子力発電を使用した方がいいと考えるが、それは「耐用年数を法的に伸ばした炉を無理やり使う」んじゃなくて、「最新技術で新規の炉に火を入れる」方の意見です。その方がトータルで見て安全性は高い。
