Also, according to our data, this aircraft was spotted at the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council’s meeting in Minsk in 2022, which Putin didn’t attend, but Mishustin and Volodin did. Thus, it’s quite difficult to say who exactly arrived on this plane in Minsk.
