ちなみに「舐められないために身に付ける」ことと、「いざとなったら暴力を振るう」は必ずしも一致しない。実際、習ってる人はだいたい「喧嘩に使うな」とキツく言われていたりする。
ここで言われてるのはガタイがいいだけ、もしくは習ってるという情報だけで避けてもらえる確率が上がるよってこと。

教育マニュアルができて必修になったら暴力犯罪を減らせるかも。

子供の空手の話、舐められないための自衛！暴力の肯定じゃない！！って言うけど、結局それって「やり返さない奴には何をやってもいい」という考え方と表裏一体なんだよな。否定するかもしれないけど、確実にそう。自分のやってきたことをしてない人がいたら、認知的不協和が起こるのが人間だからね。
