私は別段上杉隆氏 @uesugitakashi に対して批判的ではない。記者クラブ批判や検察批判では優れた仕事をされていると思う。しかし、どう考えてもいまの上杉氏は冷静だとは思えない。印象操作としてもあんなバカげた発言ばかり集めるのは逆効果だ。冷静な人間のやることではない。

今度の被災で思ったけど、持ち屋って財産どころかとんだリスク要因だと思った。うちは幸い今のところ居住可能だけど、土台のコンクリ部分に亀裂が入っていて要注意物件のステッカーだった。根本的に直すには大工事が必要とのこと。賃貸だからいいけど、持ち屋だったら大変だよ、これ。
