電話番号が間違っていたので、点字で数字を書く仕組みを少し説明した。あぁ、もっと時間取りたかったな。こうやってやってくださったその気持ち、ほんとに嬉しかったし素敵だなと思います。渋谷の東急のアテンドの方はほんとに説明も上手だし、接客のプロ意識の高さを感じる。嬉しくなった出来事でした

視覚障害の人が何人か来ることもあって、点字で名前と電話番号を書きたいと思って、点字を打つ道具を買いに行って勉強されたんだとか。
「○○さんですか？」と名前を読み上げると、
実際書いた物を読んでもらったのは初めてとのことで、喜んでくださいました。

被災して、一番大変なのは、環境が一変することです。還暦前の両親にとって、落ち着いた一軒家から、アパートぐらしになるのは、なかなか慣れないと思います。私の親世代で、田舎者の父は、マンションが落ち着かないと、結婚当初から、けしてマンションに住もうとしなかったと母が言っていた。
