ワニの新種と言えば、おもしろいことに行く先々で各国の人達が、「自分の国にはイリエワニとは違う別種のワニがいる」って口々に言うんだよね。東ティモールでもボルネオでも、レンジャーや森林局の人達が口をそろえて言っていた。そういえばパプアのハンターも自分の所は新種だと主張していたな。

一番楽しみにしてた永益さんの講演。学名はと何か？命名規約にしたがって付けられた世界共通の名前。Binomial nameもLatin nameも正確には学名ではないと思う。Scientific nameもちょっと違う。規約内ではnameとしか書いてない。とのこと。

安倍のあほぼんと会食して、松本人志は完全に橋を渡った。もう戻っては来るまい。しっかりとした教養を身につけないで成功してしまうと、見せかけの権威にもあっさり転ぶという典型的な例かもしれんな。権威を茶化してこそ存在意義があるはずの芸人が権威を欲するというのは、ほんとに醜悪である。
