「覚えきれる程度の知識量で何の役に立つのですか？」と問い返した事がある
必要なのは「全部を覚える事」ではなく
どこを探せば何が見つかるかがわかる「地図」を頭の中に創る事

放射線審議会は、原子力規制庁の所轄下にありますが、建付け的には、独立性をもった存在であり、原子力規制委員会といえども指示は出せない、とも聞いています。ですから、更田委員長の発言は、なおさら違和感がありました。手続き上の問題です。

わたしは、行政は、きちんとした手続き、段取りを踏んでいると言うことが、なにより大切だと思っています。結論は、社会に関わる事は、必ずしも正解があるわけではありません。結果的に間違えることもありえます。そうしたときに、結論の正当性を確保するのは、唯一、プロセスだけです。
