無断欠勤がとても多いスタッフがいたので、週6、週5、週4と勤務日を減らしたところ、週4で無断欠勤が無くなった。こちらも平日の暇な日の人件費が削減できるし、相手も現状に満足してる様子。
インドだと、人は変わらないと割り切って、システムやルールを変えた方がうまく行くことが多い。

渋谷はミニシアター系は元々密集地帯でおもしろいけど、パルコはまたちょっと風合いが違う感じんなんすよね。でかいのは今TOHOが客入るの見越したイケてない劇場やってますけど(…)、今後渋谷駅大改装で上に109シネマズの最新のが入るので、渋谷の民は大作も劇場伴ってカバーできるようになる。

先に旧英植民地ミャンマーに行った際、人とは英語で話してたんだが、こちらが極力「正しい発音・文法」を心がけても一向通じず、逆に「ディズ・イズ・ア・ペン」式のジャングッリッシュ的な言葉遣いで言うと一発で通じる局面が多々あり、まあ場合によって「使える英語」は変わるものだなあとは思った。

昨日、親戚中で最後の「大正生まれ」が亡くなったとのこと。我々の親世代には僅かながら大正生まれがいる。大正が短かったせいで明治、大正、昭和、平成と4時台を生きた人は少なくなかった。自分の幼少期は僅かながら江戸の老人もいたっけ。

ヤバい。ボルネオの写真やっとアルバムに送信しようとしたら操作ミスってでかいゴキブリの写真だけ1枚先に追加してしまった💦後全部で800枚くらいなので5億年掛かります。これでも1/5位にしたんだけどなぁ…。
