残業拒否は、現行法上でも懲戒解雇理由になり得ますよ。日立武蔵工場事件最高裁判決。これ、割と有名な最高裁判決です。

pixivの件は今までのセクハラ案件と違う展開でちょっと困惑してます。被害者のハニトラだという声はほぼ聞かれない。社長がセクハラしたのだろうと多くの人が思っていて、セクハラ良くないって言ってる。にもかかわらず、それに対する抗議の声を抑え込もうとするムードがある。
