MINERVA-II2のバスを開発した東北大学は、超小型衛星でも伝統的にFPGAを使っていてノウハウはあるはずなのだが、やはり開発期間がギリギリで短すぎたんだろうなあ。不具合が残ったまま探査機に搭載しなければならなかったのは苦渋の決断だろう

MINERVA-II2のトラブルは、データ処理系のFPGAが原因なのだが、電源投入時に設計通りの論理回路にならないという事象が起きている模様だ。FPGAは通常、起動時に配線情報をSRAMに書き込むはずだが、どのあたりで問題が起きているのかは良く分からない

つまんない話。ジャパンカップでモーリが来日して一週間ほど一緒にいて、彼がえらく頻繁に手を洗う（ホテル玄関に備え付けの除菌剤とか使う）んで、私も手を洗う回数が増えた。曰く「SKY程の対応は無理だが感染症防止には手洗い」だそう。限界まで痩せて免疫力が落ちてる人が言うんで説得力がある(^^;;
