ダメダメだった19歳。でも、国民生活センターのひとに「フタを開けなかったのはエライ。よく気がつきました」とほめてもらって、ホッとして50ccのバイクでとことこ帰った。ネットあったら「どうしたらいい？」と相談室に書き込んでたかもしれないけど、相談室より確かな場所を知っておいたほうがいい。

ヒューマンエラー対策は＞業務計画を作るとき文書化されていたが明確な期日は書かれていなかった。2月にすべきことだったが、担当者は完成時、現場は試運転時と認識がずれたまま作業をしていた。トラブルが起きるまで気づくことがなかった。業務マネージメントのミス。
