首都圏直下や東南海地震のときに親切にもトリアージしてくれる病院が被災地に残っていると考えること自体がのんきだと思う．わたしの病院は被災地とはいえない後方地であったが，1週間は食糧がほとんど入ってこなかった．医療の責任を議論するまえに，なんとか病院機能が残る方策を考えるべきだろう．

被災地において医師は同時に被災者でもある。さきの東日本大震災で、大多数の医師は踏みとどまって被災者の医療にあたったが、原発事故周辺の地域では病院をはなれ住民とともに避難した医師もいた。災害の限界状況においても責任が問われるのなら、だれがわが身と家族を犠牲にして留まるというのだろう

残された子の育児から離れて休む為にも、自殺防止にも懲役は妥当という声があったけれど、それは刑務所ではなく適切な医療施設と家族や福祉の支えでなされるべきだと思う。

三つ子の事件、お母さんはSOS出してたのに、それを誰も受け止めてあげなかったのが辛い…。
ちなみに産後鬱判定された私に保健師さんがしてくれたことは、電話で相談だけでした。
家に来て一時間でもいいから子供見ててくれる…とか実践的な助けを期待してたんだけどね。

1番気にしないといけないのはお世話をするママのコンディションなのに、ママは子どもを生かすことで精一杯。

実刑も執行猶予でもつらい。
今出来ることは沢山の意見を聞くことしか出来ない。あのお母さんがこれから生きていくサポートもだし、今つらいお母さんが助かる為の社会作りを当事者としてしていかないといけない。
