子供の頃から歩く時も座る時も左脚を開くクセがある。
ランニング始めてから意識して直してるんだけど、ランニングする時に分からないくらい開いてるのかも。
左足裏外側のしびれや、深く膝を曲げた時に左股関節だけわずか２痛むのは、それじゃないかな。
今日は左脚を気持ち内側に出す感じで走った。

マルサスの人口論を思い出してほしい。人口は幾何級数的に増加するが生活資源は算術級数的にしか増加しないので、生活資源は必ず不足する。今生活資源（要するに飯ですね）が不足してるのはアフリカの貧乏国家だけど日本の衰退が止まらなければ日本もいつかああなるということね。

長崎市消防局や長崎県警によると、長崎港の満潮(20:35)に合わせて竹の久保町、茂里町、梁川橋、新地町、銅座、元船町、旭町あたりで道路冠水や一部店舗等への床下浸水がありましたが、人的被害はなしとのことで、現在は収束に向かっているそうです。
