むしろ今、出荷とかで、人や家畜を動かさず、さっさとワクチンを打って、緩衝地帯を形成すべきだと思う。発生地からの距離とか法律とかギリギリの判断で殺すかどうか決めてるようですが、殺してまわるのは結局、獣医です。もうこんな無益な殺生したくないし、意味がない。あまりに大本営は無責任。

CNO会議以降、委員での議論は＞意見交換はしていないと思う
代替案が難しい意味は＞SA事故、特重施設は重層的な対策をなしている。設置している設備に加えるものにもなるが、特重施設はテロ対策にも対応している、大体は難しいと思う。

設置期限を迎えた時、どういう対応をするか想定されているものはあるのか＞条文に当たると幅のあるものではない。期限を迎えた時点で技術的に適合していない状態。明らかに規則の内容、規制委が方針としてきたものに照らし合わせると見過ごせるものではないという結論。

本来辞退してもらうべきでは＞今後チェックを祖ていくという説明だったが、補助金事業で国がチェックしない状況だったら事業そのものが成立しない。事業者側がきちんと意識を持ったチェックすべきだが、これまで以上に注意を払ってみていく

@houwokikeyo @wanpakutenshi よく考えてみれば，一体どんな勘定（経費）から出ている金なんでしょう？原資が公金であることは間違いないとして，外務省の予算をざっと見ても，掴み金で何十億も出せる費目はあまりなく，黒い金の温床である「官房機密費」も12億円しかありません。どこの隠し金か。出所も不透明そのものですね。
