奄美の引き出し基準が厳しい、奄美までわざわざ出向くのがたいへん、ということであれば、地元や近くの自治体で、保護され、殺処分されている猫はたくさん居るはずですから、そちらを引き出した方が、まだ一頭も殺処分されていない奄美から引き出すより、よほど簡単で有意義だと思います。

登山道のみのハイカーなら登り返し＆鳥首峠南の登山道から下山。林道まで2時間位。
破線も行くハイカーなら950まで登り返し＆西に降り700で南西尾根で林道カーブ付近まで1時間位。
