管理職をやるとわりとすぐわかると思うんですが、「怒り」とか「罰」でチームをコントロールしようとすると、時間効率がすごくよいように感じて短期的にはいいかもと思えてしまうんだけど、一度やると、あっという間に（マネージャー自身も含めて）誰も自分で考えなくなるってことに気づくんですよね。

「誰も自分で考えなくてもいい職場」だったらそれでいいかもしれませんが、そういう職場や職域がそうそうあるとは思えないし、何よりすごい勢いで淘汰されてほしいなと思う。

…それにより、職安法の「本人から取得」義務に違反することになるから（さすがに法務から指摘が入ってか）「採用判断には絶対使わないで」と約束を取り付けることになったものの、マイナビのPRaiOを使ったことのある採用企業からすれば、それと同様に普通に採用評価に使ってしまったかもしれない。
