基本的人権は最大限尊重すべきところ、遺跡発掘調査や上下水道工事が個人の財産権に優先してきた事例は、公共的財産や他者の人権の保護（宇奈月温泉やため池条例）が目的にあるからではないかと。GSSP認定要件に言う「研究のための立ち入り」が、これに当たるかはなかなか微妙なところにも思える。

台風による停電が続く千葉県内では、発電機の排気ガスが原因とみられる一酸化炭素中毒の疑いで少なくとも10人が救急搬送されていたことが分かりました。消防は、ガソリンなどを燃料にする発電機を室内では絶対に使わないよう呼びかけています。
