冬の小雨降る、底冷えするローマの小さな食堂で食べたリボリータ(Ribollita)という、野菜と豆が煮込まれたチーズ味のパン粥。食費を切り詰めて旅をしていたので、温かいスープが心と体を温めてくれて忘れられない味。
