追記：まず複合コピー機にマイナンバーカード刺して本籍地自治体に登録申請を送り、その後の画面に出る番号とURLを控えて（コピー機で印刷できる10円で）3日〜5日後にそのURLに各自パソコンとかスマホでアクセスして登録申請通ったか確認してね（アクセスには控えた番号が必要）という手順が必要になる

小規模農家も含めた農業全体を底上げして、かつ未来の世代の為に気候変動や生態系破壊などの問題解決に貢献するためには、極論を言うと、
"(地域外の)農業関連産業が儲からないような"農業の技術と仕組みを作ること
が目指すべき方向の一つなのかなと思ってます
