これは、民間も手帳保持者に限ってサービスしてるから、なんとなく障害者=手帳保持者と勘違いしちゃうんでしょうけどね。

最近の読書バリアフリー法新設で、眼球使用困難症も利用できるようになったなんて言ってる人もいましたけど、初めから利用できたんです。利用条件が視覚に障害のある人なんだもの。どこにも手帳保持者に限るだなんて明記されてなかったんです。
その証拠に私だけでなく他にも利用者がおりましたし。

実はサピエの組織全視協の会長さんは、私が視覚障害ナビラジオで音声デイジーを利用して本が読めるようになったと喜んでいるのを聞いてくださり、ナビラジオに感想を寄せてくれた過去があります。
しかしながら、眼球使用困難症だとサピエを利用できないと思い込んでいる職員もまだ多そうです。

大学院生の頃、独り暮らししてたんだけど、研究に詰まったら(つまり、ほとんど毎日)カレー作ってた。いろんな料理を試したけど、カレーはまず失敗がなく、凝ればいくらでも凝れて、それなりに調理時間もあって、何より美味しいので、研究の息抜きに最適だった。
