音声自動認識技術が向上して、字幕表示が充実するのは結構ですが。
そういう時に、こういう技術のおかげで手話は要らなくなります、みたいなことを言ったり書いたりするのは、【相当に失礼なこと】ですよ。少数言語の抹消を期待しているかのように見えます。

こういうケースを目にすると、「離婚後の同居親の中には、子どもにきちんと食べさせて、生活リズムを作って、学校に行かせるだけでも精一杯な人がいる」という事実を知らない人もいるのだろうと思う。（離婚家庭の相対的貧困率が高い、という事実も知らないのかもしれない。。。）

「親が離婚したとき、もっと自分の意見を聞いてほしかった」という離婚家庭の子どもの言葉。これはもっともな意見だ。
ただ、「子どもの主張を丁寧に聞くためには、相応の専門スタッフが必要。それには家裁予算増加が必須だ」という事実にまで思いが及ばない人もいるようだ。

アジアゾウの「アティ」が死亡しました。
抗酸菌感染が判明し、アティに負担をかけない飼育管理を行ってきましたが、23日に立ち上がれなくなり、24日に死亡を確認しました。

さあこれで化石掘りに行ける！かというと、そうもいかないですね。「化石なんてどこにあるかわからん！」という人。まずは調べましょう。調べるといくつか出てきますが、「勝手に掘って良いのかな？」となります。化石産地の地元博物館や、自治体の教育委員会などが窓口となっているケースが多いです。
