「自助、共助、公助」は、3つそれぞれが独立したものではなく、公助が当事者の自助を支援することも、共助と公助が重なり合いながら機能することも、自助が共助に繋がっていくことも、他にもさまざまな形で重層的かつ複合的に存在している。それをそれぞれが独立した過程や段階のように扱うのは誤り。

「自助、共助、公助」は、自助→共助→公助というように「過程」として扱われるべきものではなくて、同時進行的にそれぞれの「助け」が重なり合い、絡み合いながら機能すべきもの。自助と共助が、支援を必要としている当事者を、公助から遠ざけるためのものとして扱われてはいけない。

台風による暴風や大雨は、日頃音や匂いを頼りにしている私達にとって、特に危険な存在です。
風によって体が流される事も方向感覚の喪失を招き、あらぬ方向へ歩いてしまう危険性を孕んでいます。
飛来物も事前に察知して避ける事がほぼ不可能なので危険です。
外出しない！させない！を浸透させたい。

去年の今頃も同じことがあって、心配して獣医に行ったら「心因性」って診断されて、小学生が怖かったのかもなぁと結論付けてたんですけどね、わかったの。あの日もめちゃくちゃ蒸し暑かったの。理由は「蒸し暑いから」なの、多分。

日本のTV報道の未熟さ劣悪さに改めて絶望。常時CNNかBBCを見ているがたまに日本のTVを見る事はある。「菅官房長官はパンケーキ好き」とか「岸田さんは奥さんのネクタイを着けて」とかもううんざり！茶番劇の総裁選だが少しは政策の批判的分析をすることができぬのか。これほど幼稚な報道は日本だけだ。

地層処分がベストなのか＞地上に当面置くと言っているところもない、地層処分が進んでいることろも少ない。タイムスケースが非常に長いので安全上の問題は現時点ではあまり違いはないと思う。

地域が分断しそうになっているが＞放射性物質のインベントリーの全体像に与える議論になるが、処分地抜きで行く議論はあるのか。処分地がないと半永久的に地上に保管することになる。いずれは再処理されて高レベル廃棄物ができる形になっているので、それに沿って審査をしている。

寿都町の応募について＞高レベル廃棄物第1種哀切の基準を作っていく。第2種であるがL2、中深度処分の部分的な整理に入ってきている。第1種、第2種親和性が高いのでまずL1の基準をきちんとして第1種のほうに入っていく

@bassuang 軽量化はいいと思うんですけど、小さく目立たなくってすればするほど難聴に気がついてもらえない、配慮受けれないってなるんではないかと(；´Д｀)
技術的には小さくするのが難しいからこそそっちに向かうんでしょうけど
小さくて高くなるのなら、そこそこの大きさでそこそこの価格にして欲しい。。。
