その昔、子宮頸がんを患った母は「いくらでもお金を出すから子供が20歳になるまで生きたい」と懇願していた。叶わなかった。母が小6〜高1の時にHPVワクチンがあったらね…でも時代は変わったよ。今は子宮頸がんを予防できるワクチンが定期接種で無料で接種できる奇跡のような現実を知ってほしいな。

腹痛で入院して検査しても原因がなかなか分からずお腹は膨れてパンパン、教授回診で「これはすぐにオペしないとダメだ」と言われて即日手術、盲腸破裂の腹膜炎でした。数日遅れてたら危なかったと母は説明を受けたそうです。その後腸閉塞もやりしんどかったです💦

@obgyntommy 全く同じです。免疫力、抵抗力の弱い患者さんに自分が感染源になって移すと思うと、どこにもいけません。高い志を持つことは時にストレスも強く挫けそうになることも多々有りますが、わんチームで頑張っております。これからも、感染対策は続けるつもりです。移ったら仕事辞めるぐらいの志あります。

精神疾患の患者さんへのスティグマとならないよう解釈していただきたいのですが、病院内の患者さんというのは意思疎通が取れたり、こちらの指示に従ってくれる人だけではありません。
こういう職場で働いている以上、職員にもリスクはあるし、そのサービスを受ける人にもリスクは存在します。

例えば🇺🇸の院内感染の例だと、検査陰性が確認された精神疾患の患者さんに病棟内でのマスク着用に同意が得られず、興奮して大声を出した患者さんから医療従事者に大量に感染したというものがあります。
対応した医療従事者は全員マスクを着用していたとのことで、これは防ぎようがないと思います。

私は「視覚障害者同士みんなで集まって楽しもう」みたいな事にはあまり興味がないんだなというのを再確認した。やりたい事は、見えにくくなって情報を求めて困ってる人に、自分が知ってる情報を伝えること。それだけを地味にこつこつと続けたい。

無料の美術館や図書館を充実させるのは大賛成だなぁ。
あとは、そこに興味をもつための動線、アクセスするための動線。そういうのが充実すれば、「機会の格差」が薄くなっていく気がする。よし。公共交通機関、子供と付添の親は無料にしよう。
