・非COVID医療でも、CPA, 心不全, 発熱ありの脳卒中やACSあたりの治療介入は、これまでより確実に遅れが生じている。(もちろん流行状況で地域差あるはず)
・ベッドコントロールに悩む症例が増えた。グレーゾーンを1例でも一般床に入れて仮にCOVIDだった時のダメージの大きさがわかっているから。

ただでさえ、育児って大変で悩むことも多いのに、不安で追い詰められながら食事の準備するとか、辛いじゃないですか。
今ある離乳食にちょっとプラスして補完食の視点を、という気持ちで手にとってもらいたいなあと思うのです。

ネーザルハイフローは高流量（40L/分以上）にすると"エアロゾルめちゃくちゃ飛ぶ説"がまだあるので、あまり適用したくない医師が多いのですが、なにせ重症病床引き受けも滞っており（重症病床の圧倒的マンパワー不足でしょう）、軽症～中等症病床の夜間急変例が各地で増えるものと思われます。
