It's hard to say. Mutations arising multiple times can mean they give an advantage (that's why we keep seeing them). But it's not straightforward to show this conclusively.

And holy cow! They recover Kaatedocus as a dicraeosaurid! This is the first analysis to recover this - previously it was basal to Diplodocus (hence the name, "little Diplo"). Now admittedly, I don't recover this typology, but it has some very cool phylo/geo implications.

野暮用でちょっと根室行った。ちらっと半島一周したけど鴎も海鴨も10年前のたぶん数％しかいなくてびびった。

物理の教科書を読んで数学者が感じるフラストレーションは、数学的に厳密でないことより（それもあるかもしれませんが）、話のひとまとまりの冒頭で仮定がすべて述べられていない、話が進むにつれて徐々に仮定が追加されている（時として暗黙に）、といった慣習の違いから（個人の感想です）。
