Rules in Sweden that bars stop serving alcohol after 8pm. Walking in Stockholm at 730pm, I passed 10-15 bars packed with people. Some with 50-60 in small space. Swedes voluntarily following recommendations — at least here in Stockholm — appears mythical. Utterly irresponsible.
