いや、というか、たぶん、文単位での文法の破綻だけ疾患特異性がないんだな。不安障害の高齢者は文単位ではグチャグャになるけど、段落構造も語彙も保たれる。これが統合失調症だと文単位の文法はあまり破綻しないが、軽症なら段落が壊れ、こじれると単語が壊れる。

そう考えると文単位での文法の破綻を意味する良い術語がないんだな。強いて言えば「滅裂」かしら。でも滅裂じゃなくても文は破綻し得るし、そのときはたぶん「連合弛緩」扱いになる。言語学サイドから見るとあまり綺麗な切り分け方でもない。
