車で避難というのはせびやるべき。一時期は車はダメみたいな世論ができかかっていたように思うけど私はずっと反対してた。低地が広ければどうしようもないのでケースバイケース。しかし、四六時中津波のことを考えて業務するというのは、安全第一なら正解ではあるものの、本当にそれでいいんだろうか。
