なぜ少ない症例想定のまま電話連絡の設定なのか。
電話取らない人は相変わらず一定数いるし、電話嫌いな人とか寝てた人に怒られたりもするし、軽症者が多く、電話つながったときには「もう症状もなくて元気ですけど何かごよう？」とかも。
「いつまでこれやるんですか」と涙目の人たち辞めちゃう🥲

都内は医療機関で見るとHER-SYS半分、FAX半分。でも症例数が多いところがFAXだったり。
HER-SYSも移管は自動ではなく、これに加えて濃厚接触者一人一人に連絡となるとすごい作業ボリュームで処理不能。（このため当事者から説明する方が早くて確実） twitter.com/Q6ClT1OtET4trR...

もし衛星画像そのものに位置ズレがあったら影響を受けるけど、可視画像だけに小さく映る下層雲を測ると視差がほとんど出ない（＝大きな位置ズレはなさそうだ）から、その心配はあまりなさそう

50km行ったかは半信半疑だけれども、基本的にはこれが妥当と思う。15日のクライマックス噴火は、まず1時間ぐらい最高強度の噴火が続いた。インフラサウンドもそうなっている。で7時間ぐらいかけて徐々に減衰。それから笠雲を維持できるぐらいの強度でさらに8時間程度続いた。 twitter.com/weather_models...

記事の主張は「現象が分からず予想は根拠ゼロという前提だが、その予想に従って警報を出すべき」。
実際に行われたのは「実況が出たから、現象はわからないなりに実況を根拠に警報を出す」。後者にある根拠が前者にはない。責任を以て状況を伝える役割を持つ機関として前者は適当か？という話。
